DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT AND DATA

Skola app users can deactivate their account and request that their data be deleted.

1. Deleting your account in the app

• Sign in to the Skola app.

• Go to Settings.

• Press Delete Account and confirm.

2. Requesting deletion by email

If you cannot do this from inside the app, you can send a deletion request to hello@cta.mn.

3. What happens after deletion

• Your data is fully deleted within 30 days of the deletion request being confirmed.

• Once an account has been deactivated it may not be possible to restore it.

• Some data may be retained for a set period where law or regulation requires it.

• Data that cannot identify you may remain for analytics purposes.
